People make mistakes. Should Mistakes be allowed or reprimand it? Life continues to haunt you with this question and you cannot rescind or even evade from it. You have acceded to situation, to this question. Some mistakes are purposeful, some are unseen to your mental acumen.
POSITIVE THINKERS: MISTAKES ARE the steps of a LADDER to defining SUCCESS.
THINKING SYSTEM OF MISTAKES:
M1, M2, M3, M4- DISCRETE SERIES IS ACCEPTABLE.(New Mistakes [m]are much Acceptable.
M1+M2+M3+M4-CUMULATIVE FREQUENCY. (Old Mistakes are not ACCEPTABLE).If lessons are not internalized, it accumulates.
So, Learn to improve from Mistakes. Take Notice of suggestions from Elders as they have experience. EXPERIENCE IS A COLLECTION OF PAINFUL FAILURES.
U TEACH 2 others to THINK 4 THEMSELVES (LEADERS COACH- Let them internalize it). Listen to leaders.
WINNERS ALWAYS LEARN FROM IT. For a failed company, a good leader response as follows:“What did we learn from this?” & How do we use this information to clarify our goals or get better at it?” [ NO BLAME, NO POINTING, NO BACK BITING]
ACTION:
– DO NOT HESITATE TO SAY ‘SORRY’ FOR MISTAKES OPENLY BEFORE SOMEONE QUESTIONS U?
– NEXT TIME- TRY NOT TO REPEAT IT.
– NEXT TIME: BEFORE ACTION- ASK/TAKE SUGGESTIONS FROM YOUR SURROUNDINGS THAT YOU ARE GOING IN ACTION WITH METHODS. THEY WILL SHOW HURDLES, BETTER WAYS TO WALK THROUGH. (It is something like Brainstorming).
– If you’ve realized that you are driving a half-mile away in the wrong way at 40 miles/ hour, then, do not panic; reverse your car, and drive at 80 miles/hour in the correct way. Nothing to grouch about. Realize I’m a driver of my own.
LIFE IS A CHANCE; BEING A SOCIAL ORGANISMS- FORGIVE OTHERS TO LEARN FROM IT AS A LESSON OF LIFE.
