Not to Associate with Fools, Associate with Wise.
Honor, the Worth Ones. Thus, is Auspicious.

Dwell in a suitable Locality. Graceful with Past Merits.
Set oneself in the Right Path. Thus, is Auspicious.

Listen Everything, Be Skillful, Be Disciplined, Educate,
Speak Pleasantly. Thus, is Auspicious.

Be custodian to One’s Parents.
Take Full care of one’s Wife and Children. Thus, is Auspicious.

Do Donation, Follow Precepts, Keep Brothers and Relatives,
Act Blamelessly. Thus, is Auspicious.

Acquit Bodily, Speech and Mental defilement, Stop Intoxicating &
Aware & Steadfast in Universal Welfare Law Intelligently. Thus, is Auspicious.

Pay Homage, B Humble, Stay Pacified, Display Gratitude &
Often Listen to Buddha’s Words. Thus, is Auspicious.

Practice Forbearance, Be Obedient and Pay visit to Impartial Ones
& Often Discourse the Buddha’s words. Thus, is Auspicious.

Practice Austerity, Follow One’s Sensuality Precepts, Realize the Four Noble Truths,
Attaining Enlightenment. Thus, is Auspicious.

Benefits & Loss, Fame & ill Reputation, Praise & Criticism, Happiness & Sadness.
This Eight worldly Affairs should not shake Mind; Stay without Afflictions;
Not to Engage on Greed, Hate and Ignorance; Be Intrepid.
Thus, is Auspicious.

In the World, I am one of the 7.6 billion people on Earth today at May 06, 2017. But, who am I? Today, i’m finding myself looking at the Mirror with the Third eye, The Wisdom’. The third eyes research and test the hypothesis based on the Scientific, Behavioral (Personal and Social Implications) and Knowledge (Rational).

WHO AM I?

This assimilation of ‘I’, made a family, society, then, countries. Who is reading it? Who has gone to Job, school, met someone or plan, apply something. of course, the answer is me. But who am I? The answer is my body or my mind. Body is the follower of Mind. This non-physical, mystical mind operates body. My identity, existence and operates from the Respiration. No Respiration, there’s no ‘I’.

Scientifically, Air (oxygen) comes in to give you life (Generator) and enliven all your body cells. Oxygen operates bodily function (Operator) and Oxygen burns through the chemical oxidation reaction (Destroyer). So, this Respiration is GOD, god. Without respiration, there’s no ‘I’ or ‘Me’, here i bridge the religious true sense of God and science at the rational level in this educated society. Oxygen nourishes neurons and excite it, without oxygen neurons die.

Behaviorally, This incoming cold air from outside and outgoing warm air is the balance of temperature, this balance keeps the mind and body in condition. Unbalance of temperature, and unbalanced lungs pumping movement is the sign of the body that you are unbalanced due to Stress. Oxygen helps to people with dementia, memory retrieving process, helps from fatal driving accidents. Sleeping person breathes less oxygen and angry person consumes more oxygen. Observing oxygen helps awareness of mind to make proper decision. Oxygen helps in mindfulness, either u r boss, leader or employee.

Knowledge, This is the reason why the Buddha, Siddhartha, observed and aware of this respiration (in-coming and out-coming), led to achieve the enlightenment state of mind. Abhidhamma (the highest analysis of everything) appeared after enlightenment.

Conclusion:  When trouble or feeling lazy, just experience by taking deep breathing a bit fast and deep. Experience it.

Emptiness of Mind

 

Human dreams, inquisitiveness of development for comfort, are ameliorating to touch the perimeter of perfection, to attain the pinnacle of an individual’s life; however, retarded by simple lack of mind nutrients. Brain is the central processing unit of this Body system and nurturing is essential. Multitasking, time factor are enervating mind potential. In addition to food, the mind emptiness will also invigorate us. Even, the task prioritizing, avoiding distractions will help to liberate mind from futile indulgence. Every early morning and before sleep, let our mind be refreshed with some simple mind nutrients.

There are Physical and Mental.Physical include simple exercise and mental includes mathematics, avoiding distractions, multi-tasking etc. Mind Nutrients culminate with alleviating concentration or Focus by emptying mind every morning and evening.

In early morning, both physical and mental nutrients, one should try to empty mind and postulates are asserted. First, meditate in the straight back sitting or standing pose as far as in silent environ. The silent vicinity would play a vital role. The “Complete Tree yoga pose” is an example” for standing posture. Later relax in sleeping pose with awaken mind with a deep breathe for today’s whole work. Slowly, gently and deliberately open your eyes and think about today’s myriad responsibility. Then, do some simple mathematical solving may be addition, subtraction, multiplication etc. to fortify mind for whole days.

Then, in the evening session, don’t do mathematical problems because mind is usually chock-full with stresses and even nothing to perform tonight.  But, the physical exercise (yoga postures) will help to relax your stressed both mind and body.

On the other hand, one must understand well to affirm “why should I do this?” First thing, it takes only about maximum 10 minutes, tangible and home able. Second thing is that mind controls the physical body. Good mind good control on body. If you tremble or cannot stay in a Tree Yoga pose (one-footed stand with joined two hands straight above head), then, your mind is not controlling body perfectly. You must control your own body; controlling your body with mind will ultimately shape your mind in good stature. Focus is needed for control. Once masterminding focus, you can use ubiquitously.

Though, multi-tasking is a prolific ability, the simplicity in life is crucial. It is continuous information surpassing to brain nerves relentlessly and often excruciatingly. In life, creative thoughts also protrude from two things; one through work (pensively) and second from the empty mind (intuition). Empty mind allows huge information to flow in the brain nerves; no traffic jam. As far as possible, avoid distractions, multi-tasking but not fanatically. Don’t open television, radio and other gadgets at once; you may lose focal potency with a profligate multitask. However, through multitask paths also spawn new ideas; but, an empty mind brings focus to rethink about it further.

To get wisdom, introspect on both the solo- and multi-tasking personification. Life is SIMPLY to express, experience, experiment what u have; nothing obstinately.

Philosophy in Life   1 comment


The dithering fickle and vacant minds of children are always maneuvered fundamentally by their circles. A child is restrained to touch a hot pot. A theory is put into kids’ mind that hotness may burn; not a pragmatic knowledge. It is just an epitome how children are brought up. The parents have “experienced” and it is “theorized” to children. Don’t you know, the children fall on the abyss between them? So am I grown up in this way, however, I do not reprimand to parents because that’s their best effort trying to bring up in their best possible approach.

“Interacting Philosophy” is a thought provoking that abets to whet life. Human mind can simply permeate every nooks of imagination, exchanging of mind. Philosophically unguided may meander us often misleading to unprecedented unwholesome deeds. An interaction with an erudite confidant can assists in understanding of not only morality, but even the cogent approaches in life. In my experience, the interchange of philosophy and reality are heaven and hell. It abetted to convey a revolution in me. We read, searched, imagined, interpreted, analyzed, criticized manifold books, songs, movies, religions, achievers, sciences, fictions, our daily life forms, material and spiritual world, actions and patterns etc in this very short life. Despite of above all, an altercation revived when coming to the real world. It is to discriminate the difference between “experienced” and “theorized” ideologies. We all people are embodied with some knowledge and experience that may not be omnipresent.

The Brain is like an empty hard disk of a computer and it runs in accord the type of installed operating system. What is being fed to our brain is the vital part of your activity today? It absorbed, compelled us to act in that manner; mesmerized with the information in our brain. I was very insular person. With the wisdom of philosophy through interaction with my confidant; the disguised, doubtful clouds of my life were cleared out; provisioned me with new spectacular perspectives, a lateral thinking of life. I started to perceive this world with multi-views dynamically. It’s difficult to edify in a class.

Philosophy is a theory and not to anticipate as a finale fanatically. It surpasses in the niche of everything as far as you can simultaneously. It is this philosophy that also paves and endow your life in balance way. And, only way is let it flow whatever comes in life but try best to acquire as much as you can with a peace in mind. Just let it flow; no matter what thinking this is my best because there is no god in sky that comes to rescue you. It is you, just you who can save you. If the god comes, then where is god for those pathetic people on Earth? Why there is disparity in and in between religion, society, countries, life. Human beings possess dual characteristics of god and devil. Find your way out from this intangible life by understanding philosophy.

Of all the wisdoms, I acquired to conclude that requisition of all human being is the austere peace, happiness till we live. A farmer’s life is a blissful, elegant life; everyday, he reiterates busy working in farm and sleeps a goodnight well. He/she lives life in indigence rather than falling into so called urbane, an austere and a murky composite life.
